I'm Natalie. Being a caregiver and helping people has always come naturally for me so a career in Massage Therapy was a perfect fit, like I am home. There is great healing in massage therapy and in human touch in general. It can expand over both physical and mental stress needs. Physical pain is not only physical, it can cause tension and stress which turn into unhealthy emotional and mental wellbeing. Same goes for emotional and mental stresses that can manifest themselves into physical pain in the body. Amazingly, massage therapy can combat both of these issues together regardless of which one started first or which one you are seeking treatment for. Massage Therapy is a wonderful tool on its own but also works very well with treatment plans that include things like Physical Therapy, Chiropractic Care, and Personal Training.
