Hypnosis is a natural state of focused attention that allows you to access your subconscious mind. The subconscious mind is responsible for 90% of our total brain function. It holds memories, beliefs, habits and emotions that affect your daily life. Hypnosis is a tool to explore those beliefs, memories, habits and emotions, adopt a different perspective and create new patterns that can improve many areas of your life.
Hypnosis has been shown in studies to help overcome fears, relax, enhance public speaking skills, study more effectively, worry less, eliminate negativity, build confidence, increase productivity skills and improve self-esteem.
Most people are capable of being hypnotized. Have you ever been so engrossed in a television show or a book that you did not hear someone speaking to you? Your attention was so focused that you tuned everything else out - that is a trance/hypnotic state. If you are able to follow instructions and willing to use your imagination you are capable of being hypnotized.
Did you know that the subconscious mind cannot distinguish between a real experience and one that's imagined? Let me demonstrate. Take a moment, right now, to vividly imagine, incorporating all your senses, biting into a lemon. What happened? Did you have a physical response to that imaginary lemon? Think of all the stress we create for ourselves through the misuse of our imagination. Hypnosis can teach you to harness the power of your imagination to create positive changes in your life.

Halotherapy (dry salt therapy)
Halotherapy is a revolutionary fusion of nature and modern technology where specifically designed equipment, called Halogenerators, crush pure pharmaceutical grade salt into microscopic sizes and disperse them into a designated space such as a salt room.
Halotherapy is an inhalation of dry salt particles that is well recognized as a safe, natural and complimentary form of health care throughout Western & Eastern Europe, and is growing significantly in the U.S. the past few years. Halotherapy was developed and clinically researched to help with respiratory and skin issues and to increase the overall immunity against viruses and bacteria.
Halotherapy helps with respiratory issues and skin conditions, enhances athletic performances, boosts the immune system and improves an overall sense of well-being! Everyone who breathes, young and old, benefit from regular Halotherapy.
The benefits are proven to be accumulative. Many adults and children with asthma, allergies, COPD, cystic fibrosis and other respiratory conditions have found that Halotherapy sessions 2-3 times a week can do wonders.
Kinetically activated microsized dry salt particles are inhaled deep into the respiratory system. Those tiny salt particles absorb excess moisture, remove allergens, toxins and foreign substances, break up and loosen stagnated mucus, restore the function of cilia and widen the airways. Large particles settle on the top of the skin and help fight against bacteria, reduce topical inflammation as well as tighten the skin and improve skin’s micro-circulation.
Salt care, however, should be avoided during the acute phase of any illness, including the following: infections accompanied by fever, acute active tuberculosis, cardiac insufficiency, COPD in third stage, bleeding, spitting of blood, contagious ailments, have use of an oxygen tank to aid breathing, alcohol or drug intoxication, unstable or uncontrolled hypertension, and acute stages of respiratory diseases.
While there are many clinical and scientific studies conducted on dry salt therapy (halotherapy) throughout the world, the FDA has not evaluated the statements made throughout this website. Dry salt therapy is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Your Salt Room Session
Each salt room session lasts approximately 48 minutes. You can relax in a comfortable chair or lie on yoga mat and simply breathe deeply to absorb the microparticles of salt into your airways. The floor of the salt room is covered with granulated Himalayan salt which feels like sand beneath your feet. Because the salt is antibacterial you are welcome to be barefoot in the salt room. If that doesn't appeal to you complimentary booties are provided to cover your feet. (Shoes and socks are not allowed in the salt room.)
To schedule your session please call 320-815-1879 or you can click here to schedule online. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled session to take care of paperwork.
*You are required to complete our release form when you arrive for your first session. Minors MUST have their parent or guardian sign this release form prior to accessing the salt room.
